Project Background
Lincombe Hall Hotel & Spa, is located in Torquay. In 2019 it underwent complete refurbishment which we supported from start to finish. On this site we fitted the plant room which allowed for the functioning of pool pumps and air conditioning through heat exchange and ventilation. We also completed the full installation of the unique spa power & lighting to fulfil the bespoke image requested by the client.

Project Lessons
This project was valuable experience in comprehensive electrical installations, including plant room services (pumps, heat exchangers, HVAC) and intricate lighting designs. We successfully collaborated with interior designers to create unique lighting concepts that aligned with the client’s vision.
Conclusion
Working closely with Ashton House Design. This £2m spa is a first in Torquay, with treatments & facilities at the pinnacle of spa tech & knowledge. Everything at Lincombe spa has been carefully selected to disappear tension & stress.
